In the mid 80s Bruce developed a Bethany house design style he named the "Cottage Classic. This client owned their property and old beach cottage through four generations. Making the decision to tear down and build a new family house at the beach was difficult. Bruce design a brand new house that captured the exterior elements of the old family cottage. Even though the house is only 26' wide, the interior design and finishes provide the open floor space living, a game room, bedrooms and a private third floor master suite with an hobby room. Of course Bruce used plenty of glass to capture ocean views even though the house is located four houses from the beach. #gotmears
