Bethany Breeze

Located on Hollywood Street in Bethany Beach, this house was one of the favorites of the 2017 Beach & Bay Cottage Tour. "Bethany Breeze" is the perfect "forever home" at the beach. During the design process I dealt with a typical Bethany Beach 26' wide build-able area, a 31' height code, a flood plain and a 40% lot coverage code. Designing a six bedroom house with a large open great room and pool side sports bar was no easy task. The instant bond between my clients and me made the design process and the build a pleasure. We obtained a variance from the Town of Bethany to permit a 26'x18, pool.A spiral stair connects the living level and screen porch with the pool area.
Giving the house layout, the amenities and its location, I nicked named this home "The Hollywood Family Spa & Resort". A home that will be in their family forever!
